Pho (Vietnamese noodle soup)

When I travelled, I always looked for opportunities to explore local food. I have eaten Pho in London and Melbourne, it was nothing in comparison to those found in Vietnam. It is definitely not cheap to eat out in London or Melbourne.

Pho is one of the most popular street food in Vietnam. It is a Vietnamese noodle soup consisting of broth, linguine-shaped rice noodles called bánh phở, a few herbs, and meat, primarily served with either beef or chicken. I have found the best Pho in Ho Chi Minh. This hawker stall offered various options of noodle soup such as meat balls, sliced beef and stewed beef or mixed. I absolutely enjoyed every bite and every spoon of this noodle soup😋
